Q: Do you own the video tutorials?
A: No. We do not own the YouTube videos. We’ve hand-picked them from reputable creators to complement our learning material and provide real-world examples. All rights remain with the original creators.

Q: How is the course delivered?
A: The course is sent to you as a downloadable PDF after purchase. You’ll also receive embedded links to the video tutorials and quizzes.

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: Unfortunately, no. Because the training is delivered digitally and instantly, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Q: Can I share the course with others?
A: No, the course is for individual use only. Sharing or redistributing the materials without permission is a breach of our terms.

Q: Do I get a certificate?
A: Yes, once you have completed the course, please email us at skilltidetraining@outlook.com and we'll get your certificate of completion over to you within 14 days. Please note that our courses are not accredited, the certificate is to help show your experience gained through practical application rather than the standard theoretical knowledge certifications gained elsewhere.
